My Story

My career has taken me through some of the world’s leading companies like Deloitte, Amazon, KPMG, Edelman, and Weber Shandwick, where I’ve learned firsthand what it takes to stand out in the interview process. I’ve sat on both sides of the hiring table, reviewing resumes, interviewing candidates, and helping companies find top talent. Now, I use that knowledge to help ambitious professionals like you navigate career transitions with clarity and confidence.

As a PMP-certified Program Manager at Amazon, I specialize in creating strategies that drive transformation. But my passion isn’t just in managing change for companies, it’s in helping people like me create change in their own careers. I went from being an overlooked, overworked entry-level consultant to a tech leader in just 2.5 years, increasing my total compensation by over $100K in the process. Once I stopped selling myself short, I realized my path wasn’t a fluke—it can be replicated. My goal is to help others do the same (or better).
